While pursuing a successful career designing and delivering employability skills training, I frequently used my passion for the creative arts to underpin workshops, ranging from CV development to interview techniques, before continuing with ongoing in-work support and job coaching.

Developing self-awareness, resilience and self-confidence through creative workshops and individualised interventions had a hugely positive impact on wellbeing. This enabled participants, typically the long term unemployed, to explore and challenge barriers they had previously faced.

Qualified to Level 3 in Advice and Guidance, trained to use Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focussed Brief Therapy, I have worked with Interserve, Rehab JobFit, A4E, and Shaw Trust, in partnership with Working Links, DWP and Jobcentre Plus, delivering the Work Programme, Work Choice and Specialist Employability Support (SES).

Building on my welfare to work experience, studying for a BA Honours degree in Creative and Therapeutic Arts at the University of South Wales, I'm committed to delivering an inclusive approach, using evidence based techniques to promote positivity, personal growth and life long learning.

If creative workshops would be of value to your business or service provision, and you'd like to discuss further, please visit my contact page and leave me a message, I'll get straight back to you.
